Title IX Policy
Saint Francis Indian School does not discriminate on the basis of sex and prohibits sex discrimination in any education program or activity that it operates including in admission and employment. The school does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, or age in its programs and activities that it operates, and provides equal access to the Boy Scouts and other designated youth groups. The district is required by Title IX (20 U.S.C. § 1681) and 34 C.F.R. part 106 to not discriminate in such a manner. Here is the Title IX Policy. School Board adopted as of August I, 2024.
